摘要
对MRPⅡ与JIT生产控制模式对比,分析各自的优缺点;然后,依据约束理论的思想与原则,详细探讨TOC生产控制模式的概念、原则与方法;最后通过实例对TOC与MRPⅡ、JIT的运行效果进行了仿真对比分析。
Firstly, advantaged and disadvantaged of MRPII and JIT are compared with each other; concept, principle and methods of TOC production control model according to theory of constraints are then, the studied in detail Lastly, a simulation comparison and analysis among TOC, MRPII and JTI＂ is realized through and example.
