过氧化物酶催化的硝化反应研究进展

New Research Progress on Catalyzed of the Nitration by Peroxidase

摘要 过氧化物酶是一类广泛存在于动植物体内的氧化还原酶,可催化多种反应;在H2O2/NO2-体系下,过氧化物酶可以催化酚类以及其他芳香族化合物的硝化,对过氧化酶用途、催化的硝化反应及其硝化机理做简要的综述。 Peroxidase is one of oxidoreductase widely existed in propagation, it can c the participate of H2 O2 and NO^2-, peroxidase can nitrate phenols and some other aromatic atalyse many reaction. In hydrocarbons. The use of peroxidase is summarized and the nitration reaction is catalyzed by peroxidase and the mechanism of nitration.
