氧化还原酶催化还原硝基化合物的研究进展

New Research Progress on Catalysis of the Reduction of Nitro Compounds by Oxidoreductases

摘要 用纯化的氧化还原酶催化还原污染环境的硝基化合物,反应条件温和、容易控制。归纳了几种可以催化还原硝基化合物的氧化还原酶的结构、生理作用和还原硝基化合物的过程机理;对氧化还原酶催化还原硝基化合物的研究前景进行了展望。 The studies of utilizing oxidoreductases which can catalyze the reduction of the nitro compounds are developing very fast, because the reactions are mild and easy to control. Several kinds of the oxidoreductases are concluded and talked on their structure, physiological function and the postulated mechanism of their catalysis. At last, a prospect of the study on reduction of the nitro compounds catalyzed by oxidoreductases is shown.
