摘要
本文通过收集有关数据，运用ＳＤ方法对我国邮电高校的规模效益进行了仿真分析。
This paper deals with applying SD method on the basis of collecting ,related data to simulate the scale benefit for institutions of higher learning of posts and telecommunications and to get some useful simulation result.
