摘要
介绍了在极低比特率的图象通信中消除块效应的迭代算法．这种方法的突出优点是既能消除块效应又能保持图象原有细节，为了检验算法的效果，还对图象的块效应进行了定量计算。
An iterative algorithm for blocking edffects reduction is presented.The outstanding feature of this method is that it can conceal the blocking effect effectively and preserve the image details.In order to verify its effectivity, blocking effects of image is computed exactly, simulation results show that this method is very effective in reducing blocking effects.
