玻璃体切割术治疗眼底疾病的手术配合

Assistant of Vitreous Body Incision Operation for Treatment Disease of Eyeground

目的:探讨玻璃体切割手术的护理配合经验。方法:对2004年12月至2005年12月63例玻璃体切割手术患者进行回顾性分析总结。采取:(1)术前护理、心理护理、术前患者指导、术前准备。(2)术中配合:用药配合,手术过程中辅助操作玻切机的配合等。(3)术后护理指导:体位、眼部及生活指导。结果:63例手术患者顺利完成手术,生命体征平衡,无一例感染及并发症发生。结论:做好充分的术前准备,密切的术中配合,特别是玻切机器使用的准确,是提高手术成功率、减少并发症的重要保证。

Objective：Discuss experience for nursing assistant of vitreous body incision operation.Method：Make a analysis and summary of 63 patients of vitreous body incision operation from Dec. 2004 to Dee. 2005. Adopt means as followings： （1） nursing and tending before operation ,comfort mind ,advising patient before operation ,preparing work before operation. （2） assistant during operation, including assistant of using medicine as subsidiary operate vitreous body incision machine during operation. （3） instruct nursing of operation： posture,eyes and living. Result： 63 patients had been operated successfully, balance of life character . none of them had been itrfected and no one appeared complication. Conclusion： It＇s a important guarantee for increasing rate of successful operation and decreasing complication that make abundant prepare before operation , cooperation closely during operation, especially operating rightl.v vitreous body incision machine.
