摘要
目的检测醛固酮作用早期豚鼠耳蜗离子通道蛋白基因的表达改变情况。方法使用RT-PCR方法检测醛固酮腹腔注射后6小时豚鼠耳蜗中Na-K ATP酶β1、β3亚单位及钠离子通道蛋白α亚单位(ENaC αsubunit)基因表达的改变情况。结果在豚鼠耳蜗中Na-K ATP酶β1、β3亚单位的表达情况无明显改变,钠离子通道蛋白α亚单位则出现明显上调。结论醛固酮在豚鼠耳蜗中可能通过基因组作用方式发挥作用。
Objective To study the pristine effect of aldosterone on ionophorous proteins in the guinea pig cochlea. Methods RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of Na-K ATPase and ENaC mRNA in 6 hours after aldosterone injection. Results At the early stage after aldosterone injection, the expression that of Na-K ATPase β1. β3 subunit mRNA remained unchanged and that of ENaC α subunit mRNA was up-regulated in the cochlear lateral wall. Conclusion Aldosterone may produce a marked effect through genome mode in the cochlea.
