探讨图书馆机构库建设的版权问题。介绍国内外研究现状,指出国内的研究才起步;分析机构库的版权框架,包括法律依据和机构库的知识资源的版权归属;提出利用开放内容许可协议解决机构库版权问题的方案。

This paper focuses on the copyright of institutional repository. It begins with a brief introduction of the current research both at home and abroad and points out that the domestic research is just in an early stage. And then the paper analyzes the frame of copyright including the proof in laws and the ownership of resources in the repository. Finally the paper discusses how to apply open license in the institutional repository, in the hope that this may guide for ways to solve the copyright problem of it.
