国际间的技术扩散通过进口贸易这一形式作为一个重要的溢出渠道,其效果已经越来越显著。我国的进口贸易通过国外研发的投入,极大地促进了新技术的流动和知识的传播。通过利用Lichtenberg & Potterie模型并加入人力资本因素对模型改进后发现,国内研发投入对我国全要素生产率的作用一般,国外研发投入对提高我国全要素生产率有明显的作用。

By China＇s import trade through foreign investment in R＆D, new technology ha, greatly promoted the flow and the dissemination of knowledge. This paper uses Lichtenberg ＆ Potterie model to deal with the dataes, proves that the foreign investment in R＆D significantly improve total factor productivity（TFP）, and inspects, the domestic R＆D to the role of China＇s total factor productivity in general, and the end, put forward a proposal on this basis.
