摘要
为了提高射线对肿瘤组织中乏氧细胞的杀伤作用,同时又使周围正常组织不发生严重损伤,用HeLa-S3细胞进行离体试验研究了硝基三唑衍生物及喹喔啉衍生物对肿瘤细胞的辐射增敏作用。结果表明,具异羟肟酸侧链的硝基三唑化合物和具甲酰羟胺侧链的喹喔啉双-N-氧化物对乏氧细胞具有较好的辐射增敏作用,且有氧毒性不大。此外,这两个化合物的水溶性也很好。
The radiosensitization activities of nitrotriazole and quinoxalin derivatives, 2100-H, QN-2012 and QN-2013 for hypoxic cells were studied in vitro using HeLa-S 3 cell line. It was determined that the sensitivity enhancement ratio of the nitrotriazole 2100-H and the quinoxalines, QN-2012 and QN-2013, at concentration of 1 mmol/L were 1 .4, 1.76 and 1. 79 respectively. The aerobic cytotoxicities of 2100-H and QN-2013 are much less than that of misonidazole. It seems that these two compounds may be two promising radiosensitizers for hypoxic cells.
