鸡冠花红极谱法测定硫酸阿米卡星电化学性质的研究

摘要 在pH 4.0的Britton-Robinson(B-R)缓冲溶液中,鸡冠花红在-245 mV(vs.SCE)处有一个良好的二阶导数极谱还原峰,当其与阿米卡星作用后,其还原峰电位基本不变而峰电流明显下降,峰电流的下降值与阿米卡星的浓度在0~40.0mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,其线性方程为ΔIm″(nA)=-5.48+72.28ρ(mg/L),相关系数γ=0.999 6,最低检测限为1.0 mg/L.优化了线性扫描极谱法测定阿米卡星的试验条件,并将该方法应用于市售药物中阿米卡星含量的测定,结果满意. In pH 4.0 Britton- Robinson(B- R) buffer solution, the Amaranth has an sensitive the second order derivative linear sweep reductive peak current. When added Amikacin to the above solution, the reductive peak current of Amaranth decreased consequently and the decreases are linearly with the concentration of Amikacin in the range of 0 - 40. 0 mg/L, the regression of equation is △Im″(nA) = - 5.48 + 72.28 ρ(mg/L) ,coefficient (γ) is 0.999 6, and the detection limit is 1.0 mg/L. The conditions for determination the concentration of Amikacin using linear sweep porlarographic were optimized. The method was used to determination the content of Amikacin commercial-awailable with satisfactory results.
