摘要
哲学认知论讨论的隐性知识和认知心理学研究中的内隐认知之间,有着类似的"内隐性"概念。隐性知识的认知结构应有三种心理机制:内隐系统机制、成份转换机制和动机作用机制。隐性知识概念的提出对现代知识理论应用领域产生了广泛影响,但通过认知机制结构的研究,才能真正准确地把握隐性知识的科学内涵。
Between the tacit knowledge discussed in philosophical epistemology and the implicit understanding in the study of cognitive psychology,there exists a ＂hidden＂ concept.There are three psychological mechanisms in the cognitive structure of the bacit knowledge. They are implicit systematic mechanism, ingredients transferred mechanism and motivation mechanism. The proposal of the concept of tacit knowledge has affected widely the field of the modem knowledge and theory application. The study of the cognitive mechanism will help to grasp the scientific connotation of tacit knowledge correctly.
