Probing into the Ways of Creating the Environment of Ideological and Political Education

思想政治教育环境对思想政治教育的效果有着直接的、根本的影响,如何创造有利于开展思想政治工作的教育环境,是党和政府、社会团体和所有思想政治工作者必须高度重视和关心的问题。创造良好的思想政治教育环境可从以下三条途径入手:一是突出政党、政府的引领地位;二是突出社区、社会团体的基础地位;三是突出舆论工具的喉舌地位。三者相辅相成,相互促进,相互制约,共同构建创新思想政治教育环境的有机系统。

The environment of ideological and political education is of much importance for ideological and political education itself. How to create a good environment of ideological and political education should be greatly concerned by CCP, the government, social organizations and all the people working at ideological and political education. There can be three ways to create a good environment of ideological and political education：firstly, giving prominence to CCP and the government;secondly, making the society and the social organizations to be the base;thirdly, making sure that the public opinion should be very important. These three facts supple and promote, while restrict each other, and they construct the organic system of the environment of ideological and political education at the same time.
