摘要
在市场竞争日益激烈的今天,人力资源外包作为企业的一种竞争战略,越来越受到业界人士的关注和推崇。然而,受多重因素的影响,人力资源外包也引发了各种新的风险。鉴于此,文章对在人力资源管理外包过程中的收益风险进行了分析,并提出了风险控制的相应策略。
At present, with the increasingly fierce competition in the market, human resource management outsourcing has gained more and more attention from the professional, as a competitive strategy. However, Influenced by much factors, human resource management outsourcing has caused various new risks. So the paper analyzes various earnings and risks in the human resource outsourcing cooperation, and sets forth some countermeasures to control the risk.
