河南省农村中学英语教学现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on Mode of English Teaching in Rural Junior High School of Henan Province

课堂是开展英语教学活动的主要场所,课堂教学在中学生英语课程学习中发挥重要作用。本研究运用问卷调查和座谈等手段,在河南省农村乡镇中学进行了抽样调查。考察了农村中学英语教师的基本情况;借助于统计数据,从教学观念、教学内容、教学手段、教学语言、教学方法、评价方式、学习策略指导等方面对河南省农村中学英语教学模式进行了分析和讨论。研究结果对于进一步推进中学英语新课程改革有重要参考价值。

Classroom is the major means of carrying out English teaching activities in China. Classroom teaching or formal teaching plays a significant role in students＇ English learning. This research item made a sample survey in rural junior high schools of Henan province with the aid of questionnaire and interview. The paper reported the research survey and analyzed the mode of English teaching in terms of teaching viewpoints, contents, aids, method, evaluation, guidance of learning strategies. The result is of value for the prometion and enhancement of English curriculum reform in junior high school.
