图书情报机构在现代信息服务业中的定位

作为传统信息服务业中的主力军——图书情报机构,其地位随着新兴信息服务业的崛起而受到强烈冲击,其传统的服务方式和服务手段已无法适应社会、市场的需要,如何改变这一局面,开拓新的服务方式,成功实现向现代信息服务业的转型,重新占据信息服务业主导地位,是各级各类图书情报机构亟待解决的问题。文章从改变信息服务方式的角度讨论了图书情报机构在传统信息服务业和现代信息服务业中所发挥的不同作用以及服务方式的改进,以实现重新定位,拓展服务面和创新点,使各级各类图书情报机构更好地适应社会发展的需求。

The institution of Library and information, the main strength of the industry of traditional in formation service, its station is strongly impacted with the growing up of new indnstry of information service. Its traditional service medol and ways docsn＇ t meet the demand of society and market . It is a urgent problem for all kinds of institutions of Library and information how to change this condition, to develop new service model, torealize sueessfully restructure of modem industry of imformation service and to hold the main stiuation of industry of information service once more. This paper, from the view of changing the information service model, has discussed the different roles the instition of Library and information plays in traditional and modem industry of information service and the improvement of service model in order to realize newly orientation , develop service scope and creation point, lef all kinds of institutions of library and information meet the demand of the development of society better.
