摘要
目的建立轻身消胖丸中盐酸麻黄碱的定量方法。方法采用RP—HPLC法,色谱柱:Waters XTerra C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)不锈钢柱;流动相:1%磷酸溶液(含0.4%三乙胺).乙腈(体积比91:9);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:207nm;柱温:35℃。结果盐酸麻黄碱的进样量在16.6—166μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,盐酸麻黄碱的平均回收率为98.40%(n=6),RSD为1.2%。结论方法简单快速、专属性强、重复性好、精密度高,可用于控制该制剂的质量。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for content detection of ephedrine hydrochloride in Qingshenxiaopang pills. Methods The sample was analyzed on a Waters XTerra C18 (4.6 mm - 250 mm, 5 μm) column using 1% H3PO4 (0.4% triethylamine)- acetonirile (91:9) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 207 nm. Results The average recovery of the method was 98.4 % with RSD 1.2%. The linear range of phedrine hydrochloride was 16.6 - 166 μg/mL. Conclusion This method is simple, quick, reproducible and suitable for the quality control of Qingshenxiaopang pills.
