摘要
制备了十六烷基三甲基磷钨杂多酸铵,并用其作为催化剂催化过氧化氢氧化苯甲醇制苯甲酸,分析了反应温度、反应时间、过氧化氢用量、催化剂用量对苯甲酸产率的影响。结果表明苯甲酸产率可达到86.3%.
The phenyl carboxylic acid was prepared from the oxidized phenyl methanol by the calalyzed hydrogen peroxide with the amine hexadecane trimethyl PW heteropoly acid used as the catalyst. The influence of reaction temperature, reaction period, hydrogen peroxide content and catalyst content on the yield rate of phenyl carboxylic acid was investigated. The results show that the yield rate of phenyl carboxylic acid is up to 86.3 %.
