耳针及加味六味地黄汤对糖尿病脂代谢紊乱防治作用的实验研究

Study on Ear Acupuncture and Modified Rehmanniae Decoction of Six Ingrediets for the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Lipidmetabolic Disorder

目的:通过观察耳针、中药对糖尿病脂代谢紊乱大鼠血清载脂蛋白、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)等的影响,初步探讨耳针、中药防治糖尿病脂代谢紊乱的可行性和可能的作用机理。方法:通过腹腔注射四氧嘧啶,加高脂饲料喂养建立的糖尿病脂代谢紊乱大鼠模型,在分别接受耳针、中药(加味六味地黄汤)、耳针+中药治疗10周后,测定其有关生化指标。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠血清载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量及ISI降低,血清载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、脂蛋白a[Lp(a)]、空腹血糖(FBG)及空腹血浆胰岛素(FINS)含量升高,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。而耳针、中药特别是耳针+中药治疗后上述指标均有明显改善。结论:耳针(肝、脾、肾穴)、加味六味地黄汤可在一定程度上防治糖尿病脂代谢紊乱,二者联合应用效果更佳。

Objective： To probe primarily the feasibility and potential mechanism of ear acupuncture and modified Rehmanniae decoction of six ingredients in the prevention and treatment of diabetic lipidmetabolic disorder, through observing the effects of ear acupuncture and Chinese herbs on blood serum and apolipoprotein and insalin sensitivity index （ISI） of rats with diabetic lipidmetabolic disorder. Methods： For ten weeks, ear acupuncture, modified Rehmanniae decoction of six ingredients, and both ear acupuncture and modified Rehmanniae decoction of six ingredients were separately applied to rat models suffering from diabetic lipidmetabolic disorder formed by intraperitoneally injecting alloxan and feeding fatty food. Then the biochemical indicators were tested. Results： In the model group, ApoAl, HDL content and ISI of model rats descended more, but ApoB, TG, TC, ox-LDL, Lp （a）, FBG, and FINS content ascended more compared with the control group. All of the differences are notable （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Either ear acupuncture or modified Rehmanniae decoction of six ingredients led to the improvement in the above-mentioned indicators. The combination of the two led to the most significant improvement. Conclusion. To a certain degree, either ear acupuncture （liver acupoint, spleen acupoint, and kidney acupoint} or modified Rehmanniae decoction of six ingredients can prevent and treat diabetic lipidmetabolic disorder, and the combination of the two can exert a better effect.
