摘要 在一些恶劣环境中运行的嵌入式系统,其内存模块很容易受到SEU效果的影响。讨论了一种基于uC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统的软件容错方案设计和实现。通过加入错误检测和校正(EDAC)、函数堆栈保护以及增强的异常处理程序等容错功能,减小了内存受到的SEU影响,提高了系统的可靠性。 The SEU effect can cause the malfunction of the memory module in embedded systems under hash circumstances. In this paper, we discuss the design of software fault-tolerance based on uC/OS- Ⅱ and come up with the implementation of this fault-tolerance property. We add the support of software fault tolerance by the way of the EDAC (Error Detection And Correction), the protection of system stack and enhanced ex-eption handler. This system is equipped with the ability of the tolerance of the effect caused by SEU by all these means,improving its whole reliability.
