The Evolvement,Development and Understanding of World Heritage's Statutory Classification

本文对世界遗产法定分类的演变与发展过程进行了梳理与辨析,发现迄今为止所有世界遗产的新类别都是在文化遗产的范围内衍生的,自然遗产则具有相对清晰、稳定的分类体系。探讨了法定分类的形成机制、法定分类与科研分类的界限、分类与人类认识的关系等问题。

This paper hackled, differentiated and analysed the process of evolvement and development of World Heritage＇s statutory classification, discovered that all new categories of World Heritage are derived from Culture Heritage, and Natural Heritage has relatively clear and steady classification system. Many questions are explored such as the mechanism of statutory classification, the differences between statutory classification and non-statutory classification, the relation between classification and human being＇s cognitions.
