Economy Development of Non-public Ownership in West China:Based on Regional Contestable Market Structure

利用SCP模式,分析了我国西部地区非公有制经济的结构特征及其在国民经济中的地位;剖析了西部地区非公有制经济的进入壁垒;提出了测算区域市场可竞争性的方法并进行了应用;最后提出了加快非公有制经济的政策建议。

This paper, based on data from the Economic Census of Gansu province, analysed the effects of non-public economy structure on its development in West China, discussed the barriers of developing the non-public economy, and provided some suggestions for the further development of non-public economy in the process of marketization in West China.
