Present Situation of Scientific Data Sharing in China

国家财政性资金资助的科技活动产生的科学数据是我国科学数据的主体,为了了解我国科学数据共享的现状,规范科学数据汇交、共享、管理,科技部以项目任务的形式下达了科学数据共享研究。本文以基础调查为依据,展示科学数据共享现状、立法现状、管理模式,并提出了几点认识。

Scientific data generated in the process of scientific and technical activities which are sponsored by national financial funds are the principal part of all scientific data in our country. In order to realize the current status of Chinese scientific data sharing and regulate the scientific data collection, share and management, the Ministry of Science and Technology of China has set up a scientific research projects. Base on fundamental investigation, the author has studied the current status of scientific data sharing, legislation and mode of management. Moreover, a few understandings on scientific data sharing are put forward in the paper.
