摘要
研究了用亚甲基蓝做显色剂分光光度法测定Co2+-H2O2反应产生羟自由基的方法。产生的羟自由基与亚甲基蓝作用使溶液吸光度降低,利用吸光度的变化间接测定所产生的羟自由基。测定了银杏叶提取物(Gink-go-biloba Extract,EGb)对羟自由基的清除作用。对照实验表明,银杏叶提取物对羟自由基有良好的清除效果,表现出较强的抗氧化活性。
A method was developed for the determination of the hydroxyl radicals from Co2 + - H2O2 reaction by spectrophotometry. Methylene blue was reacted with the produced hydroxyl radicals and the absolution was decreased. The scavenging effects of the extract from Ginkgo biloba leaves on hydroxyl radicals were examined. Result showed that the extract had good scavenging effect on hydroxyl radicals, and the method was rapid, simple and stable.
