摘要
目的探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者体内C-反应蛋白(CRP)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)和可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)表达水平以及它们之间的相互关系。方法252例冠心病患者分为两组:ACS组86例,非ACS组166例。酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定血清sICAM-1和sVCAM-1水平,快速免疫比浊法测定血清CRP水平。结果ACS组血清CRP、sICAM-1和sVCAM-1水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而且ACS组各类型血清CRP、黏附分子水平亦显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论血清sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、CRP对ACS的发生、发展可能起到促进作用,在ACS危险分层中具有一定临床意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of C reactive protein (CRP) and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule - 1 ( sICAM - 1 ) and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule - 1 ( sVCAM - 1) in the patients with acute coronary syndrome ( ACSI in order to find out the difference and their relationship, and the role of those adhesion molecules and CRP in the development of ACS. Methods 252 cardiovascular diseases patients were divided into two groups. The samples of 86 patients with ACS were taken on admission, 166 patients with non -ACS was used for comparison. Serum levels of sICAM - 1, sVCAM - 1 were measured by using enzyme liked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ). CRP was also measured by immunoturbidimetric assay. Results The levels of sICAM - 1, sVCAM - 1 and CRP in ACS group were significantly higher than those of control group ( P 〈 0.01 ) , and the levels of sICAM - 1, sV- CAM - 1 and CRP in UA, STAMI and NSTAMI groups were also obviously higher than those of control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The levels of sICAM - 1, sVCAM - 1 and CRP in ACS group are higher than those of control group, which indicate that the three factors influence the development of cardiovascular disease and involve in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease (CHD). To test the levels of three subjects in the blood may be a new way to assess cardiovascular disease risk.
