摘要
探讨了豆类丝核菌次级代谢产物对阿霉素(ADR)所致小鼠骨髓抑制及心肌损伤的保护作用。建立小白鼠骨髓抑制和心肌损伤模型。检测血常规,描记心电图,测定血清中肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性,心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。心肌组织石蜡切片,HE染色,光镜观察。结果表明阿霉素4 mg.kg-1可致小白鼠骨髓抑制和心肌损伤。豆类丝核菌次级代谢产物可抑制阿霉素引起的白细胞数、红细胞数、血红蛋白量的减少;使心率加快,心电图Q波振幅减小,QRS波时间缩短和S-T段回升;降低血清CK、LDH活力,增强心肌SOD活力,降低MDA含量,减轻心肌组织损伤。豆类丝核菌次级代谢产物对ADR所致小白鼠骨髓和心肌毒性有一定的保护作用。
To investigate the protective effects of the secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia leguminicola on adriamycin-induced myocardium injury and bone marrow arrest in mice. Establish the myocardi- um injury and bone marrow arrest model in mice. Blood routine and ECG were tested, the activity of creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in serum, as well as superoxide dismutase (SOD) in myocardium were examined. The content of malondi- aldehyde(MDA)were determined, pathological changes were observed in myocardium. ADR injected intraperitoneally at a dose of 4 mg.kg^-1 can induce bone marrow arrest and myocardium injury in mice. The secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia leguminicola can prevent the decrease of leukocyte count, erythrocyte count , haemato- globin content, heart rate, increase of Q-wave amplitude, prolong of QRS duration and rise of S-T segment. It also decrease the activity of serum CK and LDH, content of myocardial MDA, increase the activity of myocardial SOD. Moreover, it preserved the mouse myocardial morphology. The secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia leguminicola has the protective effects on adriamycin-induced myocardium injury and bone marrow arrest in mice.
