E_2、P_4、OT和PGF_(2α)对猪PBMC活性的影响

摘要 应用MTT比色法,以四因素四水平L16(45)的正交试验测定E2、P4、OT和PGF2α四种激素对猪的外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)的转化效果。结果显示,所选的4种激素在不同浓度组合时刺激PBMC转化的作用不同。这4种激素对PBMC的转化影响的强度依次为:PGF2α、OT、E2、P4。在试验剂量范围内,E20.1 pg/mL、P41 ng/mL、OT 10 pg/mL、PGF2α100 ng/mL时,其共同作用对PBMC转化活性最强。提示在不同生理时期,由于机体内各种激素浓度变化不同,免疫系统也发生相应的变化。 The effects of Ez ,W4,0T and PGF2a on proliferation response of pig PBMC was determined by L16 (4^5)orthogonal design and MTT colorimetric assay. The results showed that the stimulating activity of four kinds of hormones on PBMC in different concentrations was distinguished. The effect of PGF2a was the strongest of all, OT was the next, and then was E2, P4. The effect was most stronger when E2 was 10 pg/mL, P4 was 1 ng/mL,OT was 0.2 pg/mL,and PGF2a was 1 ng/mL in test dose range. The effect of hormones on immune system is vary when the concentration is different.
