摘要
用0、0.05、0.5、1、5 mg/L 5个浓度的5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)处理两叶一心的黄瓜幼苗后,再于5℃下低温胁迫4 d,研究了ALA对黄瓜幼苗抗冷性的影响。结果表明,在低温胁迫下,以0.5 mg/L ALA处理的幼苗叶片电解质渗漏率和丙二醛含量最低,SOD、POD活性和抗坏血酸含量最高,冷害指数较小,脯氨酸和可溶性糖积累量及根系活力较高,说明0.5 mg/L ALA处理的幼苗能够明显增强黄瓜幼苗的抗冷性。
Cucumber seedlings of two true leaves were spread by 5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA) at 0, 0. 05,0. 5,1,5 mg/L, and then they were stressed under low temperature of 5℃ for four days. Effect of ALA on chilling tolerance in cucumber seedlings was studied. The results indicated that the cucumber seedlings treated by ALA at 0.5 mg/L obtained lowest relative conductivity and MDA content, higher activities of SOD and POD, higher content of ascorbic acid, proline and soluble sugar, lower chilling injury index, and higher root activity under low temperature stress. This showed that 0.5 mg/L ALA obviously improved chilling tolerance in cucumber seedlings.
