克服百合自交及杂交障碍方法的初步研究 被引量:16

摘要 以亚洲百合普瑞头(Lilium asitic hybridscv.Prato)和麝香百合雪皇后(Lilium longiflorumcv.Snow Queen)为材料,研究了23种授粉方法和4种胚挽救方法对百合自交及杂交障碍的影响。结果表明,蕾期多次授粉和延迟多次授粉对克服百合自交的受精前障碍效果较好;切割花柱授粉(应多次授粉)和离体授粉对克服百合杂交的受精前障碍具有一定效果;胚珠培养和胚培养对克服百合受精后障碍较为有效;外源激素可诱导子房的膨大。 The effect on overcoming self-incompatibility and species-incompatibility of 23 pollination methods and 4 embryo rescue methods for Prato and Snow Queen lily has been studied. The results showed that pollination before blossom and pollination after florescence were effective to overcome self-incompatibility, the cut-style and in vitro pollination were helpful to overcome species-incompati bility, the ovule and embryo culture were useful to overcome the obstacle after fecundation. The exterior hormone could induce swelling of ovary.
