浙江省业余体校竞技体操教练人才现状调查研究

Survey on Current Situation of Competitive Gymnastics Coach Talents of Amateur Sport Schools in Zhejiang Province

采用问卷调查等方法对浙江省业余体校竞技体操教练人才现状进行研究。结果显示:教练员多数热爱训练工作,有强烈的事业和责任感,是一支以中、青年为主,具有丰富运动经历与执教经验的队伍;教练员训练指导思想正确,有较强的创新意识,但学历结构不太合理,科研能力薄弱且科研成果少等因素制约着训练水平的提高。

Survey questionnaires were used to Zhejiang amateur gymnastics coach status for research, The results show that most coaches love to work with a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, and they constitutes a team of rich movement experience and teaching experience with their age are mainly middle-aged or youth, The coaches＇ guiding ideology for training is correct, and they have strong sense of innovation. Their academic structure is not rational, therefore, the weak scientific research capacity and results restrict the enhancement of their training level.
