摘要
采用心理健康测查表与心理量表SCL-90对湖北省部分重点高校的不同层次学生进行了测评,并对心理测评选项教学与随机选项教学的对比实验及传统体育教学内容与新兴体育教学内容之间的差异进行剖析。研究表明:1)高年级与低年级相比在恐怖、强迫、焦虑、疑病、神经衰退、神经分裂症等6个因子上呈显著差异;2)大学生体育人口与非体育人口在焦虑、人际关系、精神病性三个因子上呈现显著差异;3)新兴体育教学内容在各因子的分差值均高于传统体育教学内容,且在恐惧、强迫等因子上差异显著;4)心理测评选项教学效果优于随机选项教学效果。
This article surveyed and evaluated part of different major college students in Hubei province with SCL-90 and MMH, and analyzed the contrasting experiment of optional teaching by psychological survey and evaluation and random optional teaching, and analyzed the difference between traditional sports teaching content and the emerging sports teaching congtent. The results show that: 1 )Compared to the high-grade students, the low-grade students offer significant defference in terror, compel, anxiety, hypochondria, nerves recession, nerves division, etc. ;2 ) Sports and non-sports college students offer significant difference in anxiety, interpersonal relationships, psychotic nature;3)Each factor' s score difference of the emerging sports teaching congtent is higher than the traditional sports teaching content, and it offers significant difference in the factor of terror and compel, etc. ;4)The effect of optioal sports teaching by psychological survey and evaluation is better than random option teaching.
