浙江省循环经济发展探讨

A Discussion on the Development of Recycle Economy in Zhejiang Province

近几年,浙江省大力发展循环经济,对于在资源与环境约束下求发展起到了很大的推动作用。但浙江省循环经济的发展仍有很多不足之处:未充分体现3R原则,二次污染严重,生产者责任不明确,消费观念未改变等。因此浙江省在法律法规、政策环境、技术等各方面还需要加以改进与调整,以促进循环经济更快更好地发展。

In recent years, Zhejiang develops the recycling economy vigorously, which promotes development under the restraints of resources and environment. However, there are many defects in the process of developing recycle economy ： failing to conform to the 3R principles ; heavy secondary pollution ; ambiguous producer responsibility ; the concept of consumption remaining unchanged. Therefore, Zhejiang Province needs to improve and adjust the fields such as laws and regulations, policy environment, technology, etc. thus promoting quicker and better development of the recycle economy.
