全球化的趋势影响和冲击着世界各国的青少年发展和青少年工作,使青少年发展多元化、青少年工作事务化、青少年服务系统化、青少年社团独立化。世界青少年工作不断开发青少年需求,治理青少年问题,整合青少年资源,创新青少年组织,扩大青少年交流。中国应借鉴各国经验,结合本国特色,在科学发展观的指导下改革和创新青少年工作。

The trend of globalization exerts a great influence on Youth development and work in all the countries, which makes Youth development plural, the work routine, the service systematic and the organizations independent, youth work in the world continuingly explores their needs, solves their problems, integrates their resources, creates new organizations and enlarges their communication. China should combine the experience from other countries and its own situation to reform the youth work under the guidance of scientific development concept.
