摘要
采用静液挤压工艺对W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢进行静液挤压变形强化,研究W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢经静液挤压变形后力学性能与变形量的关系,及变形量、模角等工艺参数对静液挤压过程的影响,确定静液挤压W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢的最佳工艺。
Research on the W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel deformed by hydrostatic extrusion was carried out. The relations between mechanical properties and the deformation amount were studied. After studying the influence of the technology parameters of deformation amount and die angle on the hydrostatic extrusion process, the best hydrostatic extrusion technology for preparing W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel was determined.
