聚氨酯-环氧树脂复合乳液的合成与性能 被引量:5

摘要 以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚醚二元醇(N220)、环氧树脂(E20)为原料合成了聚氨酯-环氧树脂复合乳液(WPUE)。研究了NCO/OH摩尔比、交联剂(TMP)用量、环氧树脂(E20)用量、亲水扩链剂(DM—PA)用量对孔波及涂膜性能的影响。用红外光谱(FT—IR)、热重分析(TG)和差示扫描量热分析(DSC)对膜的结构和热稳定性进行了表征。结果表明,当NCO/OH摩尔比为1.2~1.4,TMP用量为2.5%~3%,E20用量为4%~6%,DMPA用量为7%~9%时,乳液储存期可达12个月,其涂膜具有较好的性能:硬度0.67,拉伸强度11.6MPa,吸水率约为6.8%,主要性能均优于WPU。 The polyurethane-epoxy resin hybrid emulsion was prepared using toluene isocyanate (TDI), polyether(N220), and epoxy resin(E20) as main raw materials. Effects of total mole ratio of NCO/OH , the amount of E20, TMP and DMPA on the performance of WPUE were investigated. The structure and thermal stability of WPUE were characterized by FT-IR, TG and DSC respectively. The results show that when the total mole ratio of NCO/OH is 1.2- 1.4, the amount of TMP is 2.5%-3%, the E20 is 4%-6%, the DMPA is 7.5%-9%,the shelf-life stability of WPUE is in excess of 12 months. At the same time the coating film of WPUE has such better performance as: the hardness is 0. 67, tensile strength is 11.6 MPa, water uptake is 6. 8%.
