Synthesis and Characterization of POSS/PMMA Composite Material Using Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization

摘要 以单功能基POSSCl做引发剂,氯化亚铜/2,2-联吡啶做催化剂,在110℃引发单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合,合成了单分散的POSS/PMMA有机-无机杂化材料。利用1H-NMR、FT-IR、XPS技术表征POSS/PMMA复合材料,并采用DSC和TG研究了复合材料的热性能。结果发现,含Si-Cl键的物质也可以作为ATRP方法的引发剂,通过ATRP法成功实现了POSS在材料中的单分散。 A new POSS/PMMA composite was produced with Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization (ATRP) of methyl methacrylate initiatiated by 1-chloro-3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15-heptacyclopentylpentacyclo [9 5 11(3 9) 1(5 15) 1(7 13)] octasiloxane. The structure of POSS/PMMA composite was studied by FT-IR, ^1H-NMR and XPS. And through DSC and TG, the thermal performance of POSS/PMMA composite was investigated.
