摘要
三国两晋南北朝时期,儒家学者参与立法并解释法律,将儒家思想融入法律之中,特别是儒家思想的精华———礼。引礼入律被继承和发扬得以深化发展,将法律儒家化又推进了一大步,为后来隋唐法律的成熟和完备奠定了基础。
Confucianism occupied the orthodox status in the period of sanguo liangjin and nanbei dynasties. Confucian scholars took part in the legislation and interpreted the law . They put the Confucianism into law, particular the ceremony which is the essence of Confu- cianism. This period inherited "Intergrating ceremony into law" and made a deep development. "Intergrating ceremony into law" in this period put the confucian law forward for a great step ,which formed the foundation for the mature and comprehensive law of Sui and Tang dynasties.
