摘要
本文就金属硫蛋白的性质,应激对金属硫蛋白合成的诱导,金属硫蛋白对应激的保护作用及其机制等问题做了探讨,并分析了金属硫蛋白在动物养殖业中的应用前景。
The properties of metallothionein（MT） ,the induction of stress factors on MT synthesis,protective effects of MT for stress factors and its mechanism, and appliaction of MT in animal production were summarized.
