摘要
膨胀式防砂筛管(ESS)完井技术是近年来发展的一项防砂完井新技术。膨胀式防砂筛管由膨胀式割缝基管、相互重叠的金属滤网和膨胀式割缝保护套构成。其基本原理是在井下通过膨胀工具冷挤压作用使膨胀式筛管变形到所需尺寸,起到支撑井壁和挡砂的作用。文章介绍了膨胀式筛管完井管柱结构及功能,分析了膨胀式防砂筛管完井技术在新疆油田B705井应用的必要性及现场应用情况。B705井是国内陆上油田首次应用膨胀式防砂筛管完井技术的试验井,现场应用表明这项技术工艺上是可行的。
Expansion Sand Screen (ESS) is a novel technology for sand control and well completion developed in recent years. ESS consists of expandable slotted steel tube, overlapped metal screen and expandable slotted shroud. ESS is metamorphosed enough as wished by cold squeezing action of the expansion tool, thus it could support the sidewall and block sands, which is the mechanism of sand control of ESS. This paper introduces the structures and the functions of ESS pipe string, and analyzes the necessity and field application of ESS completion technique in B705 well of Xinjiang oilfield. B705 well is the first pilot well among mainland oilfield utilizing ESS. Field application in this well indicates the feasibility of ESS.
