水平井筒机械隔离分段压裂技术 被引量:11

摘要 低渗透油田水平井分段压裂是提高单井产量最有效的手段之一,其关键在于水平井筒的隔离技术;采用机械工具隔离井筒必须安全、可靠,以保证分段压裂施工的顺利进行。针对水平井井身结构特点,采用可捞式桥塞隔离井筒,对塞平5井等两口井进行了水平井机械隔离分段压裂试验。现场应用表明,桥塞对水平井筒的封隔有效、可靠,能够保证形成相互独立的裂缝系统;封隔工具性能良好、操作简单,桥塞坐封、释放、打捞、解封均一次成功,填补了国内水平井筒机械隔离分段压裂技术的空白。 Horizontal well staged fracturing in low permeable oilfield is one of the most effective way to improve the individual-well producing rate,and the key lies on the isolation skill of horizontal well bore. Using mechanical tools to isolate well bore must be safe enough to make sure the success of staged fracturing. Considering the casing programme characteristics of horizontal well,using fishability bridge plug carried out the test of mechanical isolation and staged fracturing in two wells of Saiping. The test results showed that bridge plug can isolate horizontal well bore effectively and can guarantee to form an independent fracture system, the bridge plug isolating tools has good performance and easily operate, and the procedures,including setting,release and fishing,can be finished successfully without second. This skill filled the blank of mechanical isolation and staged fracturing techniques about horizontal well bore in China.
