摘要
油田上的堵水调剖剂常用到凝胶,但对凝胶性能的评价一直没有一个统一的标准。文中通过文献检索并结合凝胶在油田实际应用的情况,介绍了各种评价指标的具体评价方法,包括成胶时间、凝胶强度、稳定性、粘弹性、膨胀倍数、抗剪切、抗压强度及岩心试验。文章着重对成胶时间和凝胶强度的评价方法详细论述。成胶时间评价方法包括粘度-时间曲线法、压力-时间曲线法和比色管法。凝胶强度评价方法包括等级评价法和相对强度评价法等。通过对凝胶性能评价方法的综述,为油田科技工作者在科技研究和现场应用工作中对凝胶性能的评价提供了参考。
The gel is often used as profile control agent and water plugging agent in oilfield, but there’s no uniform standard to evaluate the gels’ performance. This paper introduced specific evaluation methods of all kinds of index, including gel time, gel strength, stability, viscoelasticity, expansion ratio, anti-shearing, compression strength and core experiment. In which, the evaluation methods of gel time and gel strength were discussed in detail. The evaluation method of gel time includes viscosity-time curve method, pressure-time curve method and color comparison tube method. To evaluate the gel strength, there’re the ways including grade evaluation method and relative strength method. Through the overview of evaluation methods of gel performance, it supplies some references for field application and research of gel in the future.
