摘要
根据我国公民科学素质现状,分析了产生如此状况的主要原因,探究了教育对公民科学素质养成的作用,同时,结合发达国家成功经验,从理论与实践两方面提出通过教育促进我国公民科学素质建设的具体措施。
After making an analysis on the present situation of Chinese citizens' scientific qualifications, the paper probes into the role of education in scientific qualification improvement. By drawing on experiences of developed countries, the paper proposes measures both in theory and practice to improve scientific qualification of citizens in China through education.
