活血化瘀中药对大鼠异位子宫内膜组织细胞凋亡的影响

Effect of Promote-blood-flow Decoction on Apoptosis of Ectopic Endometrium Cells in an Endometriosis Rat Model

目的:探讨活血化瘀中药对子宫内膜异位症(EMT)模型大鼠异位组织细胞凋亡的影响,为临床用药提供实验依据。方法:制作大鼠EMT动物模型,将模型鼠随机分为2组,实险组每日以每ml含生药3.25g的中药溶液按26g/kg/d灌胃,连续用药1个月后观察异位组织细胞凋亡指数。结果:对照组细胞凋亡指数小于实验组(P<0.01)。结论:活血化瘀中药能促进异位组织细胞凋亡,抑制异位组织增殖。

Objective： TO investigate the effect of promote-blood-flow on apoptosis of the ectopic endometrial tissue in endometriosis model rats. Methods： First, rat endometriosis model was produced. Second, four weeks after the operation, the EMT model rats were randomly divided into 2 groups： one experimental group and the other control group. The experimental group were poured Chinese medicine down the throds every day for each rat. Third, the apoptosis index of the ectopic endometrial tissue in both groups were detected after one month. Results： The apoptosis index of control group was lower than it of experimental group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The promote-blood-flow decoction could promote the apoptosis of the ectopic endometrial tissue in endometriosis model rats.
