摘要
自2004年开始,我处对107国道内邱段水泥混凝土路面部分路段出现的病害采用板底压浆技术进行了处治。该水泥混凝土路面修建于1998~2001年,路面厚度22cm,板下结构层除新改建路段三层15cm厚石灰稳定土外.一般在原沥青路面上直接做15cm二灰碎石。
Since 2004, our division has adopted the grouting technology deal with the disasters appearing in the cement concrete paveme of No. 107 National Highway. The thickness of the ceme pavement could not be guaranteed even using the slip-for spreading machines due to the uneven thickness and intensity the pavements. As more and more overload vehicles passe certain branch has experienced disasters such as cracks, sinkin inclining and even broken slabs, which seriously affect the over quality, performance and safety of the pavement. Except th sinking and broken slabs which are solved by digging and sla changing, other disasters are dealt with by means of groutin technology.
