摘要
根据城市公共交通线网的组成和结构特征,在常规公交线网评价指标体系研究的基础上,给出了衡量多式公共交通线网运力资源分布均衡性的新指标。以给定的公共交通出行OD为前提,在考虑出行者策略选择的基础上,提出了在既有城市公共交通线网条件下对BRT线网进行设计和优化的模型,给出了求解思路,通过模拟系统开发,采用遗传算法和PSO(particle swarm optimization)算法相结合的混合启发式算法对模型进行了求解。
A new set of criteria were proposed to decide whether the public transit resources were distributed equally around a certain area based on the appraisal architectures of previous researches. Travelers' travel strategies were taken into account under given OD. An optimization model for BRT line design was presented under the circumstances of current public transit system including bus, metro, and light-rail. Finally, the model was tested through a numerical example, in which an compound algorithm of the Genetic and PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization) were adopted to solve the model.
