Optimization of Public Traffic Network Based on Power Function

应用功效函数研究了城市公交线网的优化问题,并给出了优化算法。在给出公交线网优化原则和主要影响因素的基础上,利用主成分分析法提出了公交线网优化的主要目标函数。在将优化目标和约束条件定量化的情况下,通过按目标值的‘功效’设计出对各个优化目标评价的标准,再由各个功效函数构造出问题的评价函数,并对它们求解,得到最佳的优化效果。实例表明,优化后公交线网利用率增大,可达性良好,优化结果符合实际。

Power function was applied to studying the optimization of urban public traffic network. An optimized algorithm was presented. The urban public traffic network optimization principle and the factors of urban transport network were presented, the principal objective function of public traffic line network optimization was put forward by using principal components analysis. The criteria for appraising every optimized target were designed according to their powers. Then, the evaluation function was constructed based on the power function, which was solved. The application results show that the model not only meet the transport demands, but also implement the environment protection objective.
