摘要
使用放射配体结合法检测 Wistar 大鼠肝细咆液糖支质激素受体(GCR)最大结合容量(Ro)和离解常数(Kd),发现糖皮质激素细胞和柴苓汤组 GCR 数目 Ro 明显减少,糖皮质激素加柴苓汤组 Ro 明显高于糖皮质激素组,且各组 Kd 值间无显著差异。提示柴苓汤对 GCR 的调节具有糖皮质激素佯的降调作用,又具有明显的抑制糖之质激素引起的降调作用的双重影响。
The maximal binding capavity(Ro)and dissociation constand(Kd)of glucocorticoid receptor (GCR)of heptic cytosol were measured in wistar rats by radiokeceptor.It was showed that the Ro of GC group treated with dexamethasone(Dex)and the CLT group treated with Chai Ling Tang were greatly reduced compared with control group.The Ro of combination group treated with Dex and CLT was much higher than of GC groip,while the Kd of GCR in all groip was not significantly different from each other.The results indicated that CLT might have two—sided ef- fect on GCR regulainhibit,while it had down—regulated the GCR level as GC did and it could also inhibit the GCR down—regulation induced by GC greatly.
