传统的客户服务主要强调售后,主要指产品配件供应速度、配件价格、售后服务人员的服务态度等,这种服务能否得到客户满意,依旧是目前国内商用汽车企业能否获得市场成功的一个非常重要的因素。
In May 2007,〈Commercial Vehicle〉magazine and Dong Feng jointly organized“Tour of Dong Feng”,the 1st exchange conference between truck customers and manufacturing businesses. In June,the magazine joined hands with Xiamen Kinglong to hold seminars for small and middle size transportation businesses.Based on the interviews and research conducted during these two events,it is easily concluded that quality of customer service is the most important factor affecting customer final decisions when choosing commercial vehicles.
