摘要
本文基于 Ca(Ⅲ)置换 Fe(Ⅱ)-EDTA 配合物中 Fe(Ⅱ)和 Fe(Ⅱ)-鲁米诺-溶解氧产生化学发光的反应,建立了无机偶合反应,流动注射化学发光测定痕量镓的新方法。本方法线性范围1×10^(-6)~1×10^(-4)mol/L,相对标准偏差为2.6%(n=11c=10^(-5)g/ml),检出限为=7×10^(-9)g/ml。本法用于中草药中痕量镓的测定,结果令人满意。
Anovel method for the determination gallium by flowing injection chemiluminescence has been developd by using EDTA to mask Fe(Ⅱ)in Fe(Ⅱ)—O_2—Luminol system,the gallium can form more stable complex with EDTA than that of Fe(Ⅱ),so the gallium can replace the Fe(Ⅱ) from the Fe(Ⅱ)—EDTA complex and release the CL of the Fe(Ⅱ)—O_2—Luminol system.The linear range for the determination of Ga(Ⅲ) is 1×10(-8)mol/L to 1×10^(-4)mol/L with the detect limit of 7×10^(-9)g/ml.The method has been used to determine gallium in the traditional Chinese medicine samples with satisfactory results.
