摘要 研究了无溶剂体系中固定化脂肪酶催化合成生物柴油的工艺条件,同时研究了生物柴油分离纯化的方法。优化后的工艺条件为:酸醇摩尔比1∶1,3A分子筛用量150g/kg,脂肪酶用量4.3g/kg,50℃恒温振荡速度150r/min,连续反应24h油酸酯化率达到83.68%。纯化产品经GC-MS分析鉴定为脂肪酸甲酯。皂脚酸油为原料制备生物柴油,酯化率可达74.11%。碱法除酸-正己烷萃取方法分离提纯产品,皂化过程加热搅拌,达到较好的分离纯化效果。 Esterification condition was studied for lipase-catalyzed synthe- sis of bio-diesel in solvent free system. The molar ratio of fatty acid to methanol was 1 : 1. The amount of 3A molecular sieve was 150 g/kg, and the amount of immobilized lipase was 4.3 g/kg. The reaction mixture of fatty acid and methanol was esterified with vigorously shaking of 150rpm at 50 ℃ for 24 hours. The conversions of methyl ester were 83.68% and 74. 11% for oleic acid and acidic oil, respectively. The purification method of bio-diesel was also studied. The pure methyl ester was analyzed by GC-MS and identified as the desired product.
